Dr. Bahram Ahmadi
Board Certified Gastroenterologist

 

Dr. Ahmadi is a Board Certified Gastroenterologist. He completed advanced training at St. Michael’s Medical Center in New Jersey.  He started his career 14 years ago and opened his independent practice in 2009.  Dr. Ahmadi lives in Lakewood Ranch with his wife, Neda, and their two children. In early fall of 2017, he opened his permanent office in Lakewood Ranch and is delighted to build a GI center of excellence in his hometown community.

 

Doctor Manoochehr Karjoo is an adult and pediatric Gastroenterology specialist.

His residency and fellowship trainings have been at Gainesville and Jacksonville University Hospitals, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Hospital of University of Pennsylvania, and Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York. Dr. Karjoo has 44 years experience in Gastroenterology and served as Chief of Gastroenterology for the past 26 years before moving to Florida. He sees patients with all kinds of gastrointestinal and liver diseases at Total Gastroenterology clinic in Bradenton Florida.

 

Sara Regino

Sara Regino is an ANCC Board Certified Adult Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner currently licensed in Florida. She has previously worked in Internal Medicine as a Nurse Practitioner in South Tampa, FL. She graduated from The University of Tampa with her Master’s Degree in Science of Nursing in Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner. Prior to her degree as a Nurse Practitioner, she worked as a Registered Nurse in the Tampa, Florida area. She lives in Riverview, Florida with her husband and four children.

Denise Marlatte is an AANP Certified Nurse Practitioner and an ANCC Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner currently licensed in Florida. She has previously worked in Neurology as a Nurse Practitioner in Sarasota, FL.
Denise worked as a Registered Nurse in the operating room for 20 years in Bradenton FL. She returned to University of Central Florida in 2014 and graduated with her BSN in 2016. She then pursued her Doctorate in Nursing Practice in 2017 at Florida State University, graduating in 2019. She lives in Bradenton, Florida with her dog and enjoys out door activities and spending time with family and friends.

 

April Thompson is an AANP Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner currently licensed in Florida. She is a graduate of Chamberlain University with a Master’s Degree in Science of Nursing in Family Practice. Prior to her degree as a Nurse Practitioner, she worked as a registered nurse for over 15 years in the ICU in Hendersonville, Tennessee. She now resides in Punta Gorda, Florida with her husband and has a daughter who is a junior at the University of Kentucky. She enjoys outdoor activities and traveling.
